I bought my place few years back and I'm very happy with the changes that has been made since we got new board members.. we are less than 3 miles away from the ocean , people are friendly .. place is clean , I feel safe here ...who ever is in charge of this page can please u update the pictures ... our property looks way better after the buildings were painted ... thank u

The landscapers mow at 7am, and I work nights, so they are disturbing my sleep before business hours. I can’t wait to leave this crappy place.
The fact that Deerfield lakes is near the beach is the only positive, because this condo complex is ghetto. Lots of people who own here bought back when home prices were half what they are now, and they have low mortgage payments. They can not afford to move, so they take their problems out on each other. Fighting and getting renters evicted to keep them from being bored. Yelling swear words at each other, and suing each other.
