I was about to buy a condo here, but after the way they just messed up the parking lot, taking away people’s second parking space… I would hate to live here with only one parking space. No way I would ever buy a home here now.

Not that great anymore. Too many investors buying and renting out units to bad people. Anyone they can find. Don't follow the rules. Outside fighing sometime. Loud music, loud people. The place is going downhill. Stopped up and hanging gutters from when the placed was roofed about 3 years ago. Wood rot on doors. HOA did not fix. Building 17 major electrical problems. Tenants & owners losing appliances. Association doing nothing. Don't rent in this building .
The overall neighborhood is good. They recently changed to a new mowing company and they are trash. They don’t cut the grass good or nice and they leave spots uncut.
