I was lied to by management in regards to a home I went to apply for. Not only did she tell me was approved to live there but turned around and bought the home from the owner to turn it around for profit and STILL said she sold it to someone else who is fixing it up themselves (which is exactly what I would have done and she knew this). Remind you, I applied there specifically for this home. She is horrible with communication and lacks professionalism. I do not recommend.
Kia is very welcoming. She showed my wife and I what turns out to be the home we are to buy. She's informative and knowledgeable that made us confident in purchasing a home.
Deerfield Estates MHP in Loveland is a wonderful community! It’s clean, quiet, and very well maintained. The neighborhood feels safe and welcoming, and you can tell the management takes pride in keeping everything in great condition. A peaceful place to call home!
