Growing up in Windsor my whole life Deerfield apartments was a place that I have always wanted to reside I got that opportunity around three years ago and jumped right on and thank god I did. This location so clean and close to so many amenities to make life easier. Their staff is always on point with requests and friendly at all times. I am very happy to have the opportunity to live in this quiet and safe community.
Management is very kind and welcoming. Very responsive and I have confidence and issues I may have will be resolved in a timely manner. Apartments are decent size and clean. Been living here for 2 1/2 years it has been a pleasant experience. I will say my rent has gone up higher than I wanted this year, but I know everything has been going up these past years so looking for a cheaper place wasn't gonna be easy.
I have lived at Deerfield for several years, and it is a great place to live! The staff are wonderful, friendly and accommodating! Whenever I've called for ANYTHING, I have always received a prompt and friendly call back. In addition, maintenance requests/calls are addressed quickly and efficiently. Lastly, Deerfield is on a walkable main road and in a great location, which makes it easily accessible to highways, stores, and restaurants. Location, location, location!
I HAVE BEEN A RESIDENT SINCE 1996. I LOVE THIS COMPLEX. VERY NICE NEIGHBORHOOD. RENTAL STAFF FRIENDLY AND ACCOMMODATING. AND IT'S CENTRALLY LOCATED, WHICH IS A PLUS! MINUTES FROM EVERYTHING!
I Love these apartment's, Windsor. Been about 20 year's or more, The office staff and maintenance crew are (Great) need something done they'll work together, getting it done. I'm happy here ☺️ 😊 Thank you! Keep up the great work 👍 👏 Angel 😇
