New management is awful. We lived there for a couple of years and really liked it until the complex was bought by the new owners. The rent increase was way too much considering the few improvements they made. Other than lawn mowing and pest control, which didn't even seem as frequent as before, we didn't see much being done around the property. What really upset us was when we moved out. Management is great, the property is very clean and the living spaces are very beautiful. I would recommend this property to anyone.
Upon our recent move in April, we were immediately captivated by the property. The manager, Kaitlyn, exemplifies exceptional care, thoughtfulness, and kindness. The apartments are of high quality, and the overall environment is exceptional. We wholeheartedly recommend Deerfield to anyone seeking a desirable living experience.
Deerfield is a great place to live. The outside is always nicely manicured and whenever I have a maintenance issue management is always on top of it ASAP.
