Honestly, seeing the other reviews makes me wonder if those are real people or employed by the complex! The new ownership that took over the complex is a stereotypical slumlord. They are slow to respond to tenant complaints (expect your plumbing issue to take months to be addressed) and rarely upkeep the premises (as evidence by the dog poop everywhere and the grass that is never cut).
