Been banking with DECU for nearly 15 years, will never go anywhere else. If you're a Deere employee or a relative of a *living* one, no reason to be banking anywhere other than DECU. Looking at the negative reviews, it's obvious they don't understand how a credit union or deposits work, don't let those reviews deter you.
Everyone has been great with helping myself and my family with all of our financial needs!
The customer service is the worst. I called to ask about my account and the customer service agent hung up on me after they ask you 20 ways of verifying your account.
