I appreciatively received personal and effective service at Cedar Falls location with both Shaurome and Nick.
The teller, Nick, was so kind to me today! I was in and out very quickly and had no issues :)
We appreciate the help that Nick always give us. He has such a happy, positive attitude. I wish everyone in customer service was that personable.
Wonderful, friendly staff, crappy institution. I do not recommend. 5 year update...still great staff, just a bad bad place to bank. We have moved almost everything to another credit union. 10 year update...they are getting better and better, still some odd stuff happening but much better
