After being a Deere Employee Credit Union member and Empeople Credit Union member for 26 years, I got a car loan back in February. Paid forward months making several payments and one today. I called to see about a deferral due to Wells Fargo layoff and was told no by Erica. I have been current or ahead of payments on all of my loans over the years. Super ashamed this has devolved into a bad experience. Looks like I will have switch all of my accounts somewhere else again.
Tried getting info on a mortgage the guy just would not help me asked me to do a pre application ok fine everything he needed was already in their system but he just couldn't do the work he wanted me to download everything then upload everything when they already have all the info he needed in the banks system ALL MY RECORDS ive been banking with them for 5yrs kept asking me to have a chat on the phone to talk what the hell for just run the numbers so i can put a bid in but no he wants to talk on the phone like im gonna reta... read more
