Worst bank ever they take your courtesy pay away and then when you have transactions coming out, they want to deny them when you have funds in your account This is the worst bank ever!!!!!
I used to be a financial advisor. Every time I helped someone doing a transaction I was obligated to mention fees upfront. Verbally. I was made to give the customer a complete understanding of fees etc. even on mutual funds. Jake nor Maggie in mortgages ever spelled it out and we were behind in the process because Jake didn’t check his email before he left for a holiday and this took much longer than expected because he didn’t pass off his work to someone to cover for that week. I have been with this institution a very long time. While don’t a home equity line of credit, communication has been extremely poor. I have a decent amount of money in this place and it’s our main checking etc/investments. One of the loan officers dropped the ball, went on vacation and didn’t leave our loan to anyone to he worked on in an entire week. Disappointed and looking for another bank once our CDs come due
Hands down the worst scam I've ever been bullied into. I've never seen any evidence to support any of the accolades they claimed to have been awarded exist or are real in any way. Pretty sure the name change was just some sort of legal two step. I had hopes that something legitimate has occurred but there's have been zero improvements since. I’ve been a member since 2002. We now live 3 hrs away, and this bank has mobile friendly services that make it easy to bank from far away. Great customer service, great app, overall a great credit union!
