Terrible bank. Been a pain since the day I got my loan. Learn from my mistake and stay away
Best employees and credit union ever! I have had only excellent experiences with everything and everyone there! My account manager Kris provides expertise in all areas and is always available to help in any situation! All the customer service staff are friendly and efficient as well!
I have been with Deere Employees Credit Union sine may 2022. I have had debt protection on all 5 of my accts since I opened up each one of them. I was laid off in Oct 2023 by John Deere. I was laid off for 3 months until Jan 2024. Empeople and Securian DID NOT pay my 3rd month on my loans for my debt protection. I got a call from them wanting to fix it. Now it's June 1 2024 and I am laid off by Deere indefinitely until an expected return date of jan 2025. I tried to file unemployment and register for ID ME with out any succe... read more
