The sweetest employees, and an easy to get to location. Every time I go in there, it reminds me of how banks were when I grew up. There's always someone there to answer questions and help with any banking needs. Their ATM's let you choose the bills you want to receive, big or small.

After going into Emoeople Credit Union today, I don’t even feel like they deserve 1 Star, but I had to or I couldn’t post the horrible service I experienced today! A tall, wide, blonde Caucasian female was in the office on the right side when you enter the doors of Empeople was the most rude, disrespectful, racist, unprofessional, individual. Changed from a fantastic, employee focused operation to a standard banking nightmare where you will never talk to the same person and no-one has your best interest in mind. Incredible drop in customer service unfortunately. They also used to offer very competitive rates but their small loans and HYSA rates wouldn't compare to any given major bank or credit union.
