After EMpeople took over Deere Employee CU things seem off. Had some integrity/communication issues w/ staff. Hoping to resolve it reasonably.

Love this bank and all it has to offer
I’ve been with this credit union for 11 years as a spouse of a Deere employee.. they’ve changed for the worse since Empeople took over. Constant debit card issues, I have a Christmas check to deposit and I’ve never had issues depositing these types of checks before and they won’t accept it then when you call to take care of the issue the reps gaslight you. It sucks as a Deere employee to bank elsewhere because you have to wait til Fridays to get your pay but it’s almost worth the wait instead of dealing with this new company... read more
