Disappointment is an understatement. Deeply regret purchasing. Steel is made in China. Paint flakes off post sleeves while trying to install. Numerous times you'll see people stating how easy it is to install, idk, I guess everyone must have wonderful loam soil 3 feet down. I definitely feel like I was lied to and deeply regret the purchase.
Shout out to Stephanie Anderson at DeerBusters Sales customer service team for providing top notch, excellent service to me a first time customer. I asked for military discount if applicable after my payment was processed and this was immediately retroactively applied. They were very responsive in addressing my concerns and responded immediately to my emails. This is what customer service looks like. Thanks Stephanie and thank you DoorBustersSales. 3rd order for the fence extension kit. Fast shipment - I ordered on a Monday afternoon and the package was delivered Wednesday afternoon! Easy to put up, extending height of split rail fence to 7-8 ft. Sturdy steel posts, fencing and all the zip ties needed for 100' fence included in the kit. One tip: For mounting the posts on existing split rail post, I used 2 1/2" exterior screws. The provided screws would work better on flat dimensional posts.
The staff is fantastic and the company stands by their products.
5 star service, 4 stars because I needed service. Product is high quality. I had 1 member arrive damaged. Wrote them about it on a Saturday and they wrote back within a half an hour. Jessica apologized, worked with me to replace member and shipped it by Monday. Could not ask for more in terms of customer service. Initial issue most likely beyond control of company and due to inspection failure at international factory. All and all pleased with my fence and would recommend.
