We have loved working with Kaley Porche and Johnny from DR. Horton, we ended up purchasing and the whole process was fantastic. DR was very accommodating with any fixes (there were minimal to none) and Johnny went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable with things exactly the way we wanted before closing. The neighborhood has everything a young family is looking for (clubhouse/pool, park, sidewalks, easy access to main roads/Tampa) I'll update as we live here longer but absolutely 0 complaints!!!
