The home buying process went by very smoothly and now that we’ve got our keys, we’re so happy that we’ve decided to go through this builder in this community. Cheryl helped us through the process and was extremely diligent and such a pleasure to work with. She’s truly an asset to the company. Our contractor was also efficient and competent and it was a great experience all the way around.
The Deerbrook Community is stunning.. Cheryl is absolutely amazing. She is a super sweet person and very professional. I met Cherly 5 years ago as a new agent at an DR Horton community and she is still the same helpful, kind spirit. Deerbrook was in our top 2. The community felt very homely - not too many homes, not very crowded, good mix of unit sizes (to fit most budgets), lots of premium-site units (like facing an open area instead of another home). But the single biggest reason to consider them is Cheryl Taylor. She is very knowledgeable, resourceful, helpful, and a happy soul. We ended up booking a different community but would be comfortable recommending Deerbrook to anyone.
We had an amazing experience with Jason and the entire team at D.R. Horton! Jason was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and always available to answer questions.
