Sorry you had a bad experience this year. We have way more required handicapped parking spaces in front of the main building, the problem this year was that they filled up a lot faster than any other year. We made a new spot in the back field that was to make it easy for the driver to pick people up. The van we rented was the same company that we have used for over 10 years.
