My friend went for a tune up and they kept the new parts and left old ones in. Took to another shop and they confirmed that indeed he had not been given the service he paid for. No tune up was done. Fraud!
Do not use this place. Took a tuneup over there they claim that they installed it. Took it to another shop comes to find out they kept my parts and left the old parts in there. I called to remedy the situation and they claim that they did the work when clearly the other shop has the old plugs inside the truck. Plugs cost $17.00-20.00 per plug. Do not trust them. Stay far away.

I went in to have a tire repaired and the gentleman behind the counter told me I could use some new breaks. With my husband being out of town and my trip to Alabama coming up fast, my husband said just get it done. Well I barely made it to Alabama when my master cylinder and break booster went out. Now I'm stuck with $800 worth of repairs before I can even return back home. Apparently, according to the mechanics working on my van, the gentleman didn't calibrate my breaks correctly which caused all the issues.
