I have lived here a couple of years. The apartments are older and most updates are cosmetic. Think they are a little overpriced for age of apartments. Maintenance man is great - quick, nice and very capable. Recently renting to more young people so now you have to be more careful when walking to look for fast drivers (day and night). Have also heard loud speakers a few times when I never used to. Also, management is iffy - manager is pretty nice.
