They sold me the perfect home for a fantastic price. The management team is awesome. The neighborhood is clean and friendly. The wildlife enjoy my yard as much as I do.I Iove it here
Deer Run MHP is a beautiful place to live. I really appreciate how well the community is managed and how the company runs the park. The manager is always friendly, willing to answer questions, and ready to help whenever they can. It’s clear they truly care about the residents and the community. The lot rent is reasonable, and the park is clean and well maintained. I would definitely recommend Deer Run MHP to anyone looking for a nice place to live.
Mother in law lives here , it's kept up and looks nice . But these parks come with expenses. Check out First ,Never jump right in. Some cases it's better to get a house on a small piece of property
The Community Manager is great!! The park is very clean! Also the Maintenance Man is pretty awesome too!!!!
