This place is a joke and I can't believe I paid $55 to play it. I honestly think they are closing down and are just seeing how long people keep showing up to play. No way they are actually trying to properly care for the grounds cause even a person that doesn't know what they are doing would do a better job.
Can play a lot nicer courses around the metro for the same price if not cheaper. Paid $50 for a round on Memorial Day. Idk if it was more because of the holiday or what but they over booked and ran out of golf carts. Our tee time was supposed to be at 1 but they were out of carts so we didn’t even get carts till about 1:10. Course wasn’t in very good shape. If you want some crappy golf course to play on then go to Deer run in Indianola. I played there Saturday April 25. Here's a few things I encountered. I assume all golf courses have mowers but maybe Deer can't afford them. The dandelions were thick on the course. The fairways were fairly clean but there were several places off them where it was hard to find your ball because they were so thick. Bought a weekend membership for 2026. I’ve played 3 times and I’ve had to advocate for myself all 3 times to get my membership benefits. Today is the second time I’ve showed up just to hit range balls. Only one person working and they are out of range balls. Hasn’t been a good experience so far. Proceed with extreme caution on a membership purchase.
