Deer Point Construction did a remodel job on our Florida room that was completed May 2025. I would never hire them again nor would I ever recommend Deer Point Construction. They try to take shortcuts which in turn lessens the quality of construction includes not following standard building construction practices. They also appear to try to pad the bill when possible. 1. Outstanding Performance and professionalism! We had Deer Point demolish an existing and poorly constructed old Florida room and build us a larger and very solid new room. They overcame many unforeseen challenges! Their work was exemplary and our happiness was their top priority! Highly recommend them for anything needing to be built or renovated!
Hired Brad and Troy to add close to 500 sq feet to our house. From day 1 they were on point. We had a fee changes throughbthe build that they took care of without issue. Professionals all the way around including the entire crew. I had one issue post completion that was minor and related to an kanufacturer defect on a door- not eve ln their fault- yet I called and they came right out to correct within a day. I will gladly use them in the future and highly recommend for any construction project.
