We had a puppy with a real bad worm infestation that should have been dealt with before a vaccine schedule was set up. Like a human the gut needs to be functioning properly to handle the vaccines, which can raise havoc in the gut. We were lied to by a vet tech and a young women at the counter and told that if the second series of vaccines were not administered within so many days, we had to start over with the series.
