I frequent going to this Sephora due to the number of brands they carry even though it is 30 minutes from me. I am putting 4 stars because my experiences here are always the same, while some workers like to watch and silently follow me (while not asking if I need help either), I ALWAYS have a GREAT experience when Dee and one of the managers (short with dark hair, forgive me I️ don’t know her name) are there. ☺️ If it wasn’t for these two great ladies, I would’ve called it quits and never step foot in this location again but... read more
I frequent this location a lot but be warned about going into the skincare area! This is the 2nd time now where I’m not sure if they are specific brand reps or actual Sephora employees but they try so hard to push product onto you! I actually ended up paying and leaving before looking for everything I wanted because I didn’t want to run into the sales lady again. Blanca and Michie are such lovely people. They do their work diligently. They didn’t try to sell me any products yet still addressed my beauty concerns and helped me find the right ones. Very friendly and approachable staff!
A friend and I visited this location today. When we needed some assistance, Anne was there to help us find what we need and answer our questions! She went above and beyond to assist us, and gave us a great overview of the rewards program. Our experience at Sephora today was perfect, all thanks to Anne.
