I would call for store hours. They close earlier than the rest of the mall closes, and the hours online are listed wrong. I have showed up twice to find the store closed 2 hours before the rest of the mall closes. Ulta is open by mall hours so you can always head over there if Sephora is closed. I visited this store today to buy a gift and experienced shockingly unprofessional service. The first associate snapped, “We don’t have any gift boxes,” without even bothering to check, until another employee directly contradicted her and confirmed that boxes were available. Only then did she slowly and reluctantly bring a folded box and toss it into the bag with the tissue paper, as if doing me a favor. I was a big fan of this location. My daughter and I always go there to shop for perfume or makeup. However, my experience yesterday with one of the managers, who answered my phone call very rudely and with a bad attitude, was disappointing. I simply asked if she could tell me the specific person I previously worked with and whether she was working today in the Gucci department.
