I was a big fan of this location. My daughter and I always go there to shop for perfume or makeup. However, my experience yesterday with one of the managers, who answered my phone call very rudely and with a bad attitude, was disappointing. I simply asked if she could tell me the specific person I previously worked with and whether she was working today in the Gucci department. I am SO tired of spending SO much money in this store. I went there today to purchase dry shampoo and not only did she criticize the one I’m using but then I go to check out, ask for samples and was immediately told they don’t have much… she looked and wanted to give me men’s cologne. No thanks! I mean WHY??? I had 1800 points which shows how much I shop there and NOTHING but rudeness. No more Sephora!
