We have used Fusion for HVAC, and commercial kitchen appliances. On time, reliable and well priced. Daniel and the team provide great service support.
Fusion HVAC just installed a whole home humidifier. When we turned the humidifier on, the unit sparked, and there is burning in our apartment. We now cannot reach Fusion HVAC to come back and fix the issue. I think we are lucky to not have a fire. If they cannot help us resolve this as soon as possible and take responsibility, I cannot disrecommend them enough. Great communication, great, FAST service! I have a refrigerator that was acting up, they were there the same day, knew their stuff, got a tricky problem solved in a couple hours. The tech was very knowledgeable, pleasant, polite, and gave me some advice on keeping the fridge and another unit in good order. Not really cheap but you get what you pay for. A+
Best company for repairs in NYC hands down
Well, like so many others have said Alex did a very good job. We knew that there was nothing wrong with the refrigerator as it was just simply too close to the wall and it wasn’t closing properly so we had to have somebody come out to try to help us get it away from the wall, Alex did that and put my request to see whether there’s something could be done about lowering the fee.
