Great communication, great, FAST service! I have a refrigerator that was acting up, they were there the same day, knew their stuff, got a tricky problem solved in a couple hours. The tech was very knowledgeable, pleasant, polite, and gave me some advice on keeping the fridge and another unit in good order. Not really cheap but you get what you pay for. A+

Well, like so many others have said Alex did a very good job. We knew that there was nothing wrong with the refrigerator as it was just simply too close to the wall and it wasn’t closing properly so we had to have somebody come out to try to help us get it away from the wall, Alex did that and put my request to see whether there’s something could be done about lowering the fee. I would've given 5 stars if the communication would've been better. Appt scheduled, no call no show. I shouldn't have to call to find out where the tech is. Once Alex the tech finally showed, he was great. Very professional, thorough, and fair pricing. If they improve on their communication, I would definitely use them again.
