I started going to Total PT after a total knee replacement, I was recommended to see Dominic Sofia DPT by my family member & I have to say that he is such a pleasure. He cares about his patients to the next level. He is the type of provider that goes above and beyond for all his patients. He makes sure to hold me accountable in my recovery & supported me the whole way. I was driving 3 weeks post surgery & back to normal activity after 6 weeks. Owner does not pay his employees and when he does the checks bounce!!!
The physical therapy was great but the billing office and desk people overcharged me for my co-pay and continued to do so without a logical reason. Ultimately we called billing and they were very rude. I had to call my insurance carrier to confirm they were overcharging me. Now I have to go through the task of trying to get my money back. Which I know is going to be an issue.
Very nurturing and friendly environment. I was a patient for over a month for my knee. When I was finished, it was like new! Thanks to Mike, Kinjal and staff!
Terrible office biller. Incompetent and rude.
