Owner does not pay his employees and when he does the checks bounce!!!
The physical therapy was great but the billing office and desk people overcharged me for my co-pay and continued to do so without a logical reason. Ultimately we called billing and they were very rude. I had to call my insurance carrier to confirm they were overcharging me. Now I have to go through the task of trying to get my money back. Which I know is going to be an issue.
Very nurturing and friendly environment. I was a patient for over a month for my knee. When I was finished, it was like new! Thanks to Mike, Kinjal and staff!
