Jordan and Brady arrived right on time and did a great job with the water filter. I was surprised at how clean the work area was—no mess at all! the customer service from everyone i spoke with was excellent. i first talked to brady around noon on a friday about getting our hot water heater replaced. after we went over some details and options, brady gave me a price and set up a visit for danny to come out between 1:30 and 3:00 that day. brady was very clear and honest about any possible extra costs if more work was needed. around 2:00, i got a call saying danny had finished his last plumbing job and was on his way after picking up the new water heater. danny was real... read more

Danny showed up first thing Monday morning, quickly checked out the problem, and found the issue in just a few minutes. He had all the right tools and parts with him and got the repair done fast.
