We’ve been here multiple times in the last few years. My therapist is Craig, my wife’s is Eric. Both are really good. Unfortunately, I have recently had to cancel a substantial amount of visits. The receptionist “Tiffany” appears to care more about her own time off around the holidays than accommodating my wife after a knee replacement surgery. A woman checked me in for laps. I was so excited to have inspiration as a new widow. Lap times were paid for. When i felt sick i called to ask about missing dates. THAT woman didnt understand the agreement i'd signed for and took many days away from my lap times. I was trying to reach her but she hung up on me!!!! I knew my schedule was correct and she never apologized. I quit. Shandra was uninformed and never followed up to figure out the problem. I just wanted an apology . I would have swim there for years!!! So sad
Super rude and disrespectful! I would not recommend this place my daughter did PT here before her surgery and they were ok. Her doctor wanted her to go back to PT recently and sent the referral here. I called to find out why we hadn't heard from the PT to schedule an appointment because it had been 3 weeks since the doctor sent a referral I talked to a very snotty rude receptionist who told me they were choosing not to see my daughter anymore because they weren't talking children who have Molina insurance anymore.
