They texted me yesterday with pre booked appt at 3 pm so I confirmed as per the instructions and drove across city today to get my dog her shots. After waiting for 20 minutes with no help in waiting room with my very anxious dog they tell me that wasn't actually an APPT it was a reminder for them to book me one? They would not figure out way to make it right only option was to leave her there for hours in a kennel and maybe someone could get to her. Staff here are amazing! They're patient and kind, even though my dog is a jerk to the vet every time we visit. Our pets have been patients ever since 2005 when we moved to Red Deer
Great handling of my very timid fear based reactivity dog We were seen evaluated vaccinated, and dewormed in an acceptable period of time, front end staff very warm and welcoming. Only issue the has is that lumber appears to have stage 2 dental disease so now to combat that. Considering what shape she was in when I got her, this is a huge improvement. When I saved her, she had Mange Dermatitis Alopecia (half bald) Worms Severely underweight (she was 8lbs, she's now 14lbs) Had pups at 8 months old Never had a vaccine Was abus... read more
Fantastic clinic! They are so good with our dogs, very helpful, knowledgeable and explain everything thoroughly. Highly recommend!
