I waited for a year to review Deer Park Crossing so I can give an honest review. I am a senior who is disabled along with my husband that live here.We love it so much here that we have moved to a bigger apartment. I’ve had a great experience living at Deer Park Crossing. Changing my two-star rating to a one-star rating after I get that basic, gaslit response from DPC management here. They use RealPage software or RealPage-like software. Meaning, they can't give you a concrete price right now if you called in and asked for a monthly rate. They need to input information into an algorithmic equation that their property management software suggests So that second floor apartment might be $1000 more/month and the third floor might be $1500 more/month than the second floor. We love living at Deer Park Crossing. The office staff is wonderful and extremely helpful whenever needed.Maintenance is prompt and whenever we've had an issue, which has not been often it was done within one day.. The buildings are immaculate , and well taken care of. I love our apartment which is modern and upscale.,Its close to everything., and am so glad we moved here!
