Management is very friendly and professional. They are thoughtful of the residents - organizing social gatherings so that people feel like a part of the community. They care a lot about the condition and appearance of the property. All concerns are handled in a very timely manner.
If you stay for a year than yes and everyone from the leasing office and maintenance are amazing but then they jack your rent up. Mine went from 2700 to 3700. They do not want good tenants. But again everyone is awesome that you come in contact with. Just frustrating they do that.
The Deer Park Crossing is a high-end rental community that has charged above-average rent for the 3-4 years we've lived there. We accepted these higher rents in exchange for the level of service provided. However, 1-2 years ago, ownership brought in a new management company to cut costs, yet they continue to push for significant rent increases despite nationwide rent declines.
