Took a pair of new heels only worn twice to get broken in, upon pickup I mentioned that there were a few spots that had been messed up due to the work done on um, woman up front says they’ll fix um. Get home to try them on and one shoe completely fell apart. I don’t think this was done intentionally but these heels cost me over $150 so I’m a little upset about it. Hopefully they have a way to fix them because I never even got to enjoy my purchase .
This place has serviced my shoes and boots for 10 or more years. They are better and cheaper than the newer places especially Seabrook Shoe Hospital. With as rough as I am on my heels, I will be sad if this place ever shuts down!!

Jose has been there for four decades. Your not going to find anyone around here with that kind of knowledge and experience. Never been disappointed!
