From the moment we moved in we had issues since day one. Came in first day to the floor flooded from the a/c unit and couldn’t use the a/c when we moved in during the Summer months until maintenance came, (which is whenever they decide is convenient, could be weeks could be months). Walls and floor are extremely thin, one neighbor would play music all day long and could never enjoy any silence, another below us would scream at his video games, and on the other side were a couple that would scream at each other and slam the w... read more

Expensive rent. Very thin walls so its easy to hear next apartment. Paid laundry facilities - must use prepaid card- can not use coins. Rooms are large. So thats a plus. Each unit has their own storage cage area in the basement. Buildings are Surrounded by woods so its quiet. Should add a playground area for the kids.Grounds are grassy & flat. Yard/snow removal - maintenance is done by the resident handyman..
New management as of about 7 months ago and their communication has been awful!!
