I have been told by many people including family how wonderful this veterinary hospital is but this has never been my experience. The first time I went my dog needed neutered and they charged me for extra items without my permission. Last year i decided to give them another try after charging me a lot if more they did nothing to help my cat. I took her to an amazing vet in Spokane to be helped.
