They respond well. But my last ride this past Wednesday because my vitals were good the lady helping me made me feel belittled. Even mentioning to the hospital stuff on charts im doing better then her. Snapped at me for leaning forward because of excruciating pain.. yeah I had bile leaking into a pocket and to have another procedure done and was kn the hospital for 4 days.. I wasnt doing better then you. Because your charts read well -- doesnt mean everything. Thanks
Wonderful response—amazingly fast arrival (we live 10 miles away). We’ve had to use this service two times during this past year. Both times we had excellent service. January 13 I fell on the ice and broke my femor. I dragged myself to my house on ice and water freezing. (Yes no phone on me) They were here so fast and got me in the ambulance as careful as they could. Thank you so much for the excellent care you gave me. I am still recuperating but doing good. Thank you so much.

My husband broke his femur when he fell on the deck. No one immobilized or splinted his leg before moving him. Transferred him in a chair to hospital. First aid 101 tells us to splint a broken bone. He was screaming the whole time. Leaving a broken leg hanging down in a chair is beyond our comprehension
