Nice safe family community to live in however the monthly lot rent is extremely high and goes up every year. For such high lot rent, they should provide better road repairs and mailbox area needs a light so you can see the keyhole in the dark. We also need new mailboxes since a plow truck hit and damaged all the boxes a few years ago. The door on mine is warped and very difficult to open. I was told they would be replaced after it happened but they just left all the damaged boxes.
