Hit and miss Michael B's confuses me because I have gone there and had the best steak of my life, only to return and order teh same dish a few weeks later, and it tasted like an old shoe. It has happened several times. Each time I go and have a good meal I think "now they have gotten it right" but somehow it doesn't last.
