I first attended Mountainside from April to May 2024 and was stabilized there before attending outpatient (I left a review for Mountainside well). To put it simply, Deer Hollow saved my life, without question. Alec was my therapist and he was incredible to work with. He introduced me to ART (Accelerated Resolution Therapy) and that was where I got the most relief from my PTSD symptoms.
