I admitted myself to Deer Hollow in April 2024 when my PTSD was at its worst and I finally realized that I needed to seek out more intensive treatment than once a week therapy. I showed up with just enough hope to dig into “the work”. It was well worth the effort, and I know I’m not done, but DH has given me a fighting chance. From the well equipped Therapists to the chefs always excellent meals, DHs program set me on a solid path. Many thanks E

The staff and peers were amazing during my time as Deer Hollow. I wasn't sure when I got here but what I've learned helped me drastically. Dealing with PTSD is a real thing and having the courage to seek help is crucial. Courage and vulnerability is key. You can do this if I can.
