I showed up with just enough hope to dig into “the work”. It was well worth the effort, and I know I’m not done, but DH has given me a fighting chance. From the well equipped Therapists to the chefs always excellent meals, DHs program set me on a solid path. Many thanks E

I attended Deer Hollow from December 2024 to March 2025. It was an experience I can say saved my life. I am a military veteran and a prior law enforcement officer. I did not know the extent of my trauma until I went to Deer Hollow, who were able to transform my life. The facility was amazing, with everything provided for. The staff and peers were amazing during my time as Deer Hollow. I wasn't sure when I got here but what I've learned helped me drastically. Dealing with PTSD is a real thing and having the courage to seek help is crucial. Courage and vulnerability is key. You can do this if I can.

I never heard of trauma recovery until my insurance agent sent me details on Deer Hollow. My whole life has taken a turn for the best! I’ve found a reason to be alive again!
