The holmes are built quickly. Lighting, bathroom fans, pantry doors with other house items. Are kits and I believe you can not upgrade or change those items. The kit items are not the best. Would not be my choice if I had the option.
Overall was a really nice lake. a tad dirty, but still nice.
2nd edit: They said they would fix the issues to contract and satisfaction to a reasonable amount and they have not. We have an actual ditch running through the back yard, but they refuse to fix it saying that "we should have known" They are absolutely scam artists and don't trust any supervisor, superintendent or president to make it right.
