This place is absolutely horrible unfortunately we have lived here for a while and like one of the neighbors said the management change often and they are never around or very helpful. They try to evict you at the drop of a hat. So that they can take ownership of your trailer if you own it. And try to charge you for anything they can. You still Can't Depend on Having Water and Probably Never will. Again, they're getting very bad about failing to notify residents by automated system that water is or will be cut, while giving the run around, telling you what you want to hear, if they answer the phone... You always have to spend extra money stocking up on water as that's one resource they fail to consistently provide that is ongoing. Water is off for many long hours year round.
