ATTENTION ANYONE who got a rain check! The rain check policy is so sneaky and selfish. They told my family we could get a 90 minute rain check to use on a different day. They did not tell us, nor can I find it anywhere on their website that in order to use your "rain check" you have to buy a minimum of a 2 hour rental and then it will be added on top of that. I love the reservoir, but this rental company was frustrating to work with. Nothing they did was illegal, but they were dishonest and clearly didn’t care about the customer experience. Don’t waste your money on the insurance. It still comes with a $500 deductible that wasn’t clearly disclosed and wasn’t anywhere in the paperwork we were given. We came with our twins and rented two wave runners for 2 hours. We had a BLAST! The crew was super helpful at check in and going over safety and procedures. The wave runners worked great and we all had the best day of our lives. Huge thank you to Cole, Maggie, Ellie and Jake.
For fishing it was alright kind of sucked with the choppy winds made fishing not fun from the shore.
