Love my Generic generator. Deer Creek did a great job years ago installing it and over the years it’s performed fantastically. Today, in overnight snow storm, my neighborhood lost power. The generator came on as normal, but 30 minutes later, it stopped working. I called Deer Creek and they diagnosed the issue through their system. BEWARE! I need to warn customers of a problem that I had with my Deer Creek Electric Generac Generator that is 4 years old. I was told by the owner that if I paid my $40 a month, I would have no worries with repairs. He has denied this and told me he has been doing this for 33 years and makes no promises.
