I would give Deer Creek Electric a five-star rating. This company is very knowledgeable and professional. If any problem occurs with our Generac, they are very responsive.
Had a new control board installed for $900 — the owner rushed through the entire process, mentioning multiple times that he had somewhere to be and couldn’t stay long. He was VERY pushy about a monthly maintenance plan. We declined as we did not find that necessary. Brian being so pushy and in a hurry failed to set up our new control board properly. Deer creek Electric is an amazing company to do business with. The whole team is professional, organized, and easy to communicate with. Their attention to detail is mind-blowing! Had excellent service from Brian and his staff. I had a major problem with my Generator. Brian gave me several options and I got the one best for me. You can’t go wrong with Deer Creek. 5 stars.
So I wanted a Generac installed, contacted Generac and got a list of people in my area and Deer Creek was top of the list and close by so I called. That’s where it went down hill… mind you I got 3 quotes total including deer creek. The owner came out to house with his sales pitch and was great initially….Once we ran then numbers I couldn’t use HIS financing(TD Bank) is when it went down hill.
