Excellent Company with exceptional service
Hello, I want to tell everyone that I highly recommend Deer Creek Electric for a Generac generator unit installation and service. When Brian came to show us his presentation, I was highly impressed with his thorough explanation and knowledge of Generac equipment. I was also impressed to know of his extensive parts warehouse to be able to respond with any parts that might be needed for service or repair. I would give Deer Creek Electric a five-star rating. This company is very knowledgeable and professional. If any problem occurs with our Generac, they are very responsive.
Had a new control board installed for $900 — the owner rushed through the entire process, mentioning multiple times that he had somewhere to be and couldn’t stay long. He was VERY pushy about a monthly maintenance plan. We declined as we did not find that necessary. Brian being so pushy and in a hurry failed to set up our new control board properly.
