Maintenance is always so quick to help with any issues big or small, when we first moved in there was unfortunately quite a long list of things that needed to be fixed, but maintenance got us in tip top shape in less than a week, and anything else that pops up they are always so kind to come next day and get it taken care of ! Everyone seems to treat the recycling as their own personal trash bin that's closer than the one at the gate, which is disheartening. The property itself has decent amenities on paper, but the management/ upkeep make it difficult to fully enjoy. Maintenance was 4/10 on frustrations. We were told to submit issues through the resident portal, which I was fine with, but 8 out of 10 times nobody ever followed up to confirm if they received the request. It often felt like problems just disappeared into the system. The maintenance guys r super nice, fast & kind. I wrote a review a year ago. Still live here. Still love it. Staff is incredible, so friendly, I love stopping by the office. My puppies love stopping also. Always treats from the staff. The neighborhood in general is amazing people. I won't say there is never issues, a fire scare was pretty awful. But again neighbors put it out, staff was very understanding. My kids love the pool and play area. I feel like their safe to go and play. School districts are AMAZING. love woodland, and ballou is great as well.
