Lived here for 4.5 yrs. Absolutely loved Bonny and Britney, they made the experience great but that’s as far as it goes. The Mold cover up was insane. My daughter was sick every other week from it, we moved and she hasn’t been sick at all since we left. Also having to deal with a tow company threatening to take your car all the time wasn’t great. worst place to live if you have kids or pets. staff is rude and talks down to you like your stupid.
I can’t say enough good things about Bonni at Deer Creek Apartments. From the moment I first interacted with her, she made a genuine effort to make me feel seen, heard, and understood. It’s rare to come across someone who not only manages a property so well but also cares deeply about the people living there. Bonni goes above and beyond in every way—her kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail truly makes Deer Creek feel like home. She’s a gem, and this place is lucky to have her!
