BEWAREd o not go to this place their equipment is outdated and the interior is dirty looking and the furniture is old and nasty looking and their vets do not know how to call in a prescription in properly and when i went to cvs to pick up the meds they said they could not fill it because it was not called in properly their groomer does not know how to cut hair you have been warned i just wish i had paid attention to the reviews others had posted it would have saved me a lot of wasted money and time
From the day I got my kitten Bane, I've been taking him to Deer Creek Animal hospital. The entire staff is loving and compassionate and really makes your animal feel cared for. Bane just had his neuter/declaw procedure and they kept me up to date on how he was, kept him over night, and made sure I had everything I needed before I left. They all loved Bane and made me feel that I had made an awesome choice bringing him there. Thanks guys!
We took our 35 yr old parrot to them a year and a half ago after he was attacked by one of our dogs. I have never been to a vets office that was as unprofessional as these people. We called about 11 am trying to get an appointment. Supposedly there wasn't a vet in the office until 2pm. When we got there, with our injured bird, they just looked at us, with no urgency at all.
