I've been a member of Deepwater CrossFit since January 2026 and have really enjoyed my experience. The coaches are excellent, and the members are welcoming and supportive. The workouts are challenging, fun, and suitable for all fitness levels. Great community and atmosphere!
I've tried a few gyms over the years, but this place is genuinely different. The coaches here watch your form and take the time to teach and correct the correct form. I've had more technique corrections in a month here than in years elsewhere, and I mean that as the highest compliment. Classes are tough but the coaches manage to push you while keeping the energy light and the atmosphere encouraging. I highly recommend!
