I always was scared to join a CrossFit just because I would constantly hear people getting hurt and people trying to do more than they should and not doing good form. The very first class I took I really felt at ease when the coach did a warm up and went over the proper mechanics/form on prior to the actual work out. Everyone is so friendly and so encouraging with all the work outs & you never feel pressured to do more than you can do. Best CrossFit gym in the Valley, mainly because of the pre-warm-up and stretching routine that other gyms often don't incorporate. Deepwater also has a large facility with quality equipment and excellent coaching.
