IF YOU ARE UNDER 40 DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!To be honest this is one of the worst Dr’s offices I have ever been to. The intake nurse was nothing but cold and closed off. I have been to several hospitals and Dr’s and then walked away with PTSD…… this place could not care less. The second I started explaining my health issues this lady starts judging me about my intake form. So just so you know if you have any kind of mental health problem this office will shame you for it.
