I was a bit surprised that, it being my first visit to her, the physician didn't really do any kind of physical exam until I asked her to please look at something. It seemed she only planned on ordering labs/tests and referring me to specialists for the symptoms I was having. As a medical professional myself, I still believe that every patient should be given at least a basic physical exam when they are seen. Especially when the visit cost me so much.
Katelyn Hanson, Nurse Brandi and Front office Kelly are absolutely wonderful, I couldn’t have asked for better care. They had great hand hygiene and had great professional work ethics.
I had heard great things about Dr. Govathoti so I was very pleased to have her as my new Dr. I have been very ill for 4 months and have taken many antibiotics but none have worked. I knew she could help me and she is quite pleasant in person. Also her staff there were so kind and everyone had a smile. Wonderful experience even though I was in great pain I thank them all.
Dr. GOVATHOTI and the individuals within her staff are excellent. She has earned my trust and long as she available she will remain my PCP.
