Dr Kunduru is actually an awesome Endocrinologist. Very thorough with the care and research for patients. She does service high level medical patients so the wait times could be longer then expected. She always ensure that each patient has the same level of attention and care. If patients has emergency medical needs in the office she does ensure the required steps (time) is taken for the next level of care.
This Dr is never on time...sit in the waiting room for an hr before call to the back. Nurse does not return call takes about a wk before she responds I've had horrible service everything I reached out or call told the Dr myself and still no better....I am going elsewhere
Absolute negligence at the highest degree. I have never been more disappointed in a medical professional in my entire life. My husband almost died partly due to the negligence demonstrated from this office. If I could give zero stars I would. If you value your time, energy, peace of mind, and life; do not go here!
Every time I come no matter what time the appointment, even if it's at 8 am I still have to wait over an hour to be seen...
