They used to have amazing service. They never answer the phone now so if you leave a voicemail, they might call you back. More than likely not. Still waiting on a callback from a voicemail that I left last week requesting a hair appointment for this coming Wednesday the 10th.
I've always had a positive experience. My hair always looked great when I walked out the door. The hair stylists were friendly and professional.
Keisha did a phenomenal job with my retwist and curls! Also the shampoo left me scalp feeling so fresh and clean.
Edit: 6 years later and my locs are doing great. Thank you Mrs P. For doing my starting grid! Locs are a waiting game, so hard to leave a review right now. But it's been two weeks since I've had my locs (interlocs) installed by Miss P and so far they are doing great. I've gotten nothing but compliments and I'm happy with the care Miss P took to style them for me so my hair can look presentable as I wait for my locs to mature.
