The rudest most unprofessional doctor I have ever been to in all my 34 years on this earth I genuinely want her to lose her practice. I felt she hated her job and was purposely trying to make the visit difficult. Asked me if I had a stroke while trying to do something she asked that I obviously wasn’t doing very well because I just had surgery on my heel. She is rude and very condescending. You know how you should feel comfortable with your PCP? I don't get that from her. Her assistant took a wrong BP on me, then she comes in the room talking about the assistant. Unprofessional unsympathetic. She gets a 0 from me. Not to mention I had an 11:45 appt and wasn't seen until 1pm. I could have went to the clinic for that. Dr Arora, I believe is an amazing Dr. She was recommended to me by a friend who is no longer here with us . He suffered many years being miss diagnosed by many Drs . She was the one Dr that got it right. She stays very connected to her patents. She doesn’t always tell you what you want to hear. She recommends many things that I don’t always agree with . This is the worst doctor n office staff I've ever come across. Rude as all hell. Incomponent, no call bks, lost my files, never submitted my referrals for surgery, misdiagnosed. It's unreal that she still has a license to practice.
