Dr Aurora is extremely thorough and caring. She spends the time to investigate your entire history in order to make a diagnosis. She’s relentless with insurance companies when they don’t want to approve the medication that you need. I have been so impressed with the entire office. I’m new to this journey of auto immune disease and she’s done such a great job to provide peace of mind and a clear path forward.
This is NOT about Dr. Arora BUT her assistant Charlotte and the NP I believe her name is Heather. When I made the appointment they stated I would see a NP and not my normal Dr. I went in ONLY because I asked to be taking off Gabapentin, beside my blood pressure medication I didn't take any medication. At the time I didnt know how strong the medication was. I was taking 600mg. I was still having BAD body pains so I didn't see the point of being on it. Se is the best doctor ever! She truly cares about her patients. She listens and makes sure you are receiving the best treatment for your situation. Doesn’t rush you and makes you feel so comfortable! Love her!!!
