On time and great to deal with it! What I thought was going to be a painful experience was very simple and the carpets look and feel great again.... especially the stairs which take a beating. Great pricing and would definitely recommend to anyone. Makes the knowledge of knowing carpets should be cleaned a couple times a year less overwhelming. Thanks Deepest Clean!
I called on short notice, and they came right out as we have new funiture coming the next day. Did a wonderful job on short notice and the price was very reasonable.
Absolutely fabulous people. Friendly, kind, courteous, and punctual. Their service was exactly as advertised. They came to my house, assess my carpet, and told me exactly how it would turn out and the results were exact. The price is definitely right and I would highly recommend this husband-and-wife team to anybody in the state of Idaho.
Great company! They came and cleaned our daycare (3,000 sq ft). Excellent customer service. They arrived on time, carpets turned out amazing and he stopped by the next day to ensure everything was to our liking. And the price was unbeatable.
Great customer service! Great end result! and best of all we didn't have to deal with that awful chemical smell from products some of the other guys use. I highly recommend these guys and I will definitely use them again in the future.
