A great experience from start to finish. The space was clean, peaceful, and thoughtfully designed for relaxation. The therapist was skilled, attentive, and customized the session to address my specific tension points. I noticed immediate relief in my neck and shoulders. I will definitely be returning and recommending to others.
Joann is a highly skilled therapeutic massage therapist. I highly recommend her to anyone needing therapeutic massage.
Unfortunately it started not so good with the therapist showing up 15 minutes late without any communication, nor did she respond to the 3 texts and 2 phone calls. I know things happen, but a quick "running late" would have gone very far, and I went into the massage feeling tense and not in a great frame of mind. Not how I really want to start a massage...
