Friendly, helpful and , so far, it seems they've sold me a cracker of a car at a fair price. You can't really say much better really. Because I was away on holiday when I first contacted them, they even kept the car for me for 3 days till I got back. Great service.
I don't like to write negative reviews but unfortunately I have to given my experience with this car dealer. If you look at the other 1 star reviews you will unfortunately see similar too. This will be a long one. I bought a 2012 Audi from this dealer around 2.5 months ago (end of August) and was given a clear MOT and it had full service history and low mileage so I thought great. Recently bought a car from deepdale motors and i cannot fault the service that we received from them Matt and Sy have gone above and beyond from us first looking at the car through to purchasing it. We purchased a kia optima. Their after sales is brilliant too. Couldn't do enough for us. We would highly recommend using this car company if you need a vehicle. Extremely unprofessional service the man who owns / works their seems like he doesn't care about helping you out. He lacks any passion or customer service really disappointed, complete lack of communication. Bad careless attitude, Rude and unprofessional. Disappointing. No care for customers or maybe they have a specific target of customers and ignore the rest and brush them off, I don't think this garage will survive if they carry on with their appalling behaviour.
