Good doctor, terrible office staff. I received nerve testing from this location, and shortly after received a letter in the mail saying that the procedure was done after this provider was removed from my insurance. I was never notified before my appointment that this doctor was out of network and removed from in network. Then they had the audacity to send my information to a debt collector for what they’re saying I “owe” to ruin my credit !
Dr. Shah made me very comfortable and explained everything completely so I understood it.
Dr. Shah was very through and thought full.
My first time to ever see a neurologist, very pleased with her ability to get right to the point and help me going forward to resolve my neuropathy issues. Looking forward to the next appointment starting testing.
